Walk for the Animals
Walk for the Animals 2012 was the first year Allivet joined
thousands of participants in Broward County’s largest annual fundraiser. The
first walk welcomed fewer than 100 people and a handful of dogs. However, in
2012 there were over 5,000 people and 2,000 dogs that helped raise over
$521,000 (net) for the animals at the Humane Society of Broward County.
Supporting the Walk for the Animals participants and
sponsors helps thousands of homeless dogs, cats, kittens, puppies, bunnies, and
more find their loving forever homes. We encourage our South Florida friends to
join our pack in raising funds for the 2015 Walk for the Animals.
Walk for the Animals is free to the public with no required
registration fee. Instead, we are encouraged participants to raise funds to
support the shelter.
It is because of the support from our participants and
sponsors that we are able to help thousands of homeless dogs, cats, kittens,
puppies, bunnies, and more find their loving forever homes. Allivet raised
3,000 last year. Join our pack and help
us double this goal in 2015.
